Fashion is a silent language and a powerful form of self-expression that shapes identity and connection. This project uses fashion as a medium to encourage communication through a fashion gallery that hosts annual events, providing designers and participants with spaces to create, live, and collaborate. With studios, a runway for fashion shows, and pop-up shops and galleries for exhibition and sales, the project supports both creative exploration and public engagement, aiming to promote personal expression and meaningful interaction beyond the making of garments.

The project is centered around a runway that gradually transitions from public to private spaces, deepening engagement with fashion along the way. Through diverse programs, the building encourages communication around fashion, using self-expression as a shared medium to bridge differences and foster understanding. The project embraces permeability not only in its spatial organization but also in i
