About Me

I graduated from Columbia University in 2023 after six months of internship experience. Since then I have worked as an Architectural Designer, participating in the full design process across project phases and adept at multitasking. I learn quickly and welcome new concepts and

technologies; I can work independently or collaboratively. 


I obtained an H-1B in 2024, and transfers and extensions are not affected by recent regulations.

Conducted for the drawing and post-production work, and had direct contact with the construction documents when participated in the internship for the second time.

Architectural Designer

Mixed-use high-rise in Queens combining offices, a clinic, and residential units; features compact apartments targeted at young couples and small families.


  • Adjusted design to comply with regulations and satisfy DOB requirements.
  • Designed clinic and office spaces to meet regulatory requirements and ensured the solutions fulfilled project needs.
  • Assisted team in producing other drawing sets and ensured efficient collaboration.


8 West 45 Street | Multifamily Residential | Student Accommodation

High-rise residential tower in central Manhattan offering over ten unit types to maximize market appeal; construction drawings have been approved by the DOB.


  • Completed massing and unit adjustments under complex zoning requirements, ensuring legality and usability
  • Modeled interiors and ensured unit layouts met marketing and interior teams' requirements, maintaining fast, efficient communication.
  • Performed energy analysis and prepared facade-related drawing sets, ensuring all packages were submitted to the DOB on time
  • Collaborated on facade design and Revit family modeling using Revit, ensuring a complete, accurate model.


112 Liberty Street | Multifamily Residential | Mid-town Manhattan, NYC

High-rise mixed-use tower near the World Trade Center combining hotel and residential programs; constrained site required extreme space optimization.


  • Led initial schematic and unit layouts in Revit, aligning design with owner, marketing, and interior teams' requirements.
  • Developed appropriate massing to meet zoning and maximize allowable FAR, ensuring project compliance.
  • Led initial facade design using Adobe Suite, Revit, and Rhino, ensuring efficient workflow.


35 West 14th Street | Multifamily Residential | Mid-town Manhattan, NYC

A 12-story luxury residential building — I managed the planning team's schedule and verified the project work details.


  • Use Revit to complete zoning calculations, design interior unit layouts and public/common areas, and assist with facade modeling
  • Use Revit and Google Sheets to prepare multiple rounds of architectural and energy drawing sets for submission to the DOB, respond to DOB objections, finalize the drawing set, and complete the AI-1 form
  • Revise and refine the design multiple times based on comments from the marketing and interior design teams
