A 12-story luxury residential tower in the heart of Manhattan, offering a variety of unit types tailored to market and client needs. The ground floor features a recreation/amenity space and a small commercial/retail area. The building totals approximately 54,707 SF across 83 units, with an estimated height of about 180 feet. focus on innovation and creativity.
Completed by a two-person team under guidance and supervision. I led preliminary zoning integration; planned and refined floor plans and unit mix; produced related RCPs; completed the Energy Analysis set; and assisted with façade design and modeling. I also led the team to submit drawings to the DOB on schedule.
After the initial design, the project was updated to align with the City of Yes reforms, revising the scheme under the new regulations to maximize space efficiency for the client. The overall timeline spanned roughly ten months, with construction scheduled to begin in late 2025. expectations.
